New England Institute for
Clinical Research

Medicine is constantly moving forward. New ideas and new innovations gleaned from clinical research are radically changing how we treat patients, and improving their lives in the process. At New England Institute for Clinical Research we are on the forefront of this adventure, bringing state-of-the-art research programs from the pharmaceutical industry, academia, medical societies and patient advocacy groups to the New England and metro New York community.

Who We Are

Our core research team has participated in more than one hundred studies, and over 90% of our research endeavors have resulted in the approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of new devices and oral and injectable medicines for the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of diseases. While developing safer, stronger, targeted therapies is our mission, we never lose sight of our core value: to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a warm, caring environment. Clinical research is one important way we accomplish this.

Interested Physicians

Have you ever thought of being involved in a clinical study at your office but the hassle of start-up, contracts, budgets, compliance and all the rest just seemed too daunting? We can help.

For nearly 20 years the professionals at the New England Institute for Clinical Research (NEICR) have been conducting clinical trials – over a hundred so far, and more than 25 leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the United States and around the world have entrusted us to provided clean, timely, accurate data in a professional and ethical manner. Needless to say, we’ve gotten pretty good at it. Although our in-house research is mainly centered in neuroscience, our understanding of the ins-and-outs of pharmaceutical trials transcends specialty, and can help all interested physicians, regardless of their field of practice.

Through NEICR’s Site Maintenance Organization (SMO), we provide logistical support for talented clinicians who welcome the idea of clinical trial participation, but lack the business skill set necessary to get set up, running, and profitable. We work with medical professionals around the country to navigate budget and contract negotiations, IRB submission, regulatory and HR issues, advertising, and we track cost and revenue to ensure that clinical research is not only intellectually stimulating, but financially rewarding as well.

If you are a board-certified physician with a desire to expand your practice, offer your patients new cutting-edge therapies, and engage an additional revenue stream, our goal is to empower you to explore the world of clinical research.
