Caryn McAllister, PT, DPT

Caryn is a physical therapist who specializes in the treatment of Chronic Pain, Headache, Spasticity in adults and children, as well as complex neurological conditions such as Stroke, Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Sclerosis. In addition to her work at The New England Institute for Neurology and Headache, Caryn is president of High Quality Home Therapy, a multidisciplinary house call therapy company and HQHT Foundation, which provides free care and services to those in need. Caryn received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and doctorate in Physical therapy from Simmons College. She participates in clinical research as a sub-investigator on numerous studies, and trains clinicians nationally and internationally for spasticity trials. Caryn teaches courses to physicians, nurses, therapists and the public and is an adjunct professor at Sacred Heart University.
